Bouncing from Generation to Generation

This is me, a couple of my sisters, and one of my brothers

playing on the famous Smith trampoline in 1987.

I guess the story is that my Dad and brothers dug out the hole

and put the tramp inside. Here's some of my groupies jumping on it in junior high.

Good times!

We loved jumping off the roof onto the trampoline.

Did you notice my man in the left corner!?

Seriously loving the hair!!

That is the boy I fell in love with!

We started dating right about this time!Go Kristin! Go Kristin! :)And now here's my kids playing with some of the other grandkids.

We have had alot of fun on that trampoline with just a few minor injuries!I remember when Branson was just a tiny baby I would softly bounce with him in my arms when he was fussy. He would always fall asleep while bouncing!

We decided we needed some of our own fun at home!

We started digging in the summer of 2007.

It took just a couple dedicated months of slowly watering, pick axing, & shoveling.

I LOVE these 2 boys!Even the girls helped out!

I was 8 months pregnant with Jarvis at the time

and I must have been nesting or something because I was out there almost every day

digging a little at a time in 115 degrees with these guys. And now my kids get to enjoy it with their friends.

This is some of Shyann's besties.

We purposely put it as far away from the roof as possible!

Hopefully they don't get any ideas about that fence!

  3. Ok, so if you started in 07 how long did it take? :) I want to bury ours too, guess we'd better buy a house to do it, I am guessing our landlords wouldn't be too thrilled about a big gaping hole in the yard once we move out! :)
