Time for Summer

My kid's last day of school was May 26th. Trulie graduated kindergarten. Truile loves school. Loves to read. Loves to write and color and sing and play. She was reading before kindergarten and does all her work so nice. So different from my boys. It was fun having her in preschool. She was a dream student. Her teacher said she was super shy, but opened up after a few weeks and would read books to the class. We LOVED her teacher! She was absolutely perfect.

She had a end-of-the-year music performance. As soon as the curtains opened up the kids were allowed to wave to their families before they started the show. This was Trulie's wave as soon as she saw us. I love you too Trulie! You are the sweetest.
Trulie and her cute school friend :)Shyann finished 1st grade this year. She had so much fun with all her girl friends. She is getting old enough where it's hard to drag her out of bed in the mornings. I swear she acts like she's 15. She's loving sleeping in, but misses her friends! We are at a modified year round school so she only has a couple weeks left til she can see them everyday again! She's had tons of fun at slumber partys this summer with these cute girls! Branson has always done extremely well in school. He finished 3rd grade this year. He always gets tons of awards and straight A's. I am so proud of you Branson. He works hard and his teachers have always said he's one of the sweetest in the class. This year he was SO excited to get an award from the Mayor. On the way home he asked if the Mayor or President was more important! Haha! And kept saying,"I can't believe I met the real live Mayor!"Good job kiddos! Now it's time for some summer fun and sun and relaxation and sleep!!
