Everyday Tango

My twin sisters twin girls were baptized this month. Soooo very sweet!! They are absolutely beautiful and I love them so much!! Thank you Traci for making the most beautiful invites and Kendyl for taking such beautiful pictures! I remember my Dad baptizing me and Sherry and he could barely choke out the words to the baptismal prayer the second time. And then again with the second confirmation prayer. Such a sweet memory.Branson made another awesome pinewood derby car for scouts. He named it Sniper this year. He spends alot of time with his Mom so I'm grateful for the boy experiences he gets to have doing things like this with his Dad and at scouts. We always have a great time. Our ward is so unique and has an amazing bond. I love it.I started a new job a few months ago. I guess the easiest way to describe it is kind of like invoice data entry. The people I work for are so nice and the work is exactly what I'm comfortable with after years of office work at the family bakery. It's more hours than I had anticipated but I feel so blessed to be able to find a job like this right now. It's full time and pays good and they work around my mommy schedule. It's been a huge blessing. It's all remote work so I get to stay home and do it. I can crawl out of bed, throw a blanket around me and curl up in my chair and clock in for the day. I don't even have to brush my hair or put on a bra. It's pretty amazing. Jarvis is going to be in kindergarten in just a few months and I won't have any kids home all day. I'm so grateful this opportunity came when it did. And because of the nice people I work for, I am still able to go on school field trips with my kids. I went with Shyann to a heart museum. I LOVE how much she wants to be with me. There was a boy there that kept saying "I told my mom to please not come! She's so embarrassing!" So sad! Shyann held my hand most of the time and wanted to eat lunch by me. She's so amazing and I love hanging out with her! It was a neat place where they learned all about how to keep their hearts healthy. They talked about reasons why smoking is not cool. And heard many different size animals heart beats. It was neat seeing the heart replicas. I was able to share with Shyann what was wrong with her Aunt Joy's heart. Shyann was polite and intrigued througout the whole presentation. And if you haven't noticed already I am officially a brunette. I've been slowly darkening it over the last few months but I think I can officially say I'm no longer a blonde. And Bieber Branson finally let us shave his hair off. But he was not happy about it. By let I mean Tyler told the lady how short and Branson sat down thinking he was just getting it trimmed up. He cried and cried in my arms when he got home. I love this boy tons and think he is handsome with long or short hair! We just were a little tired of the constant Bieber Hair Flip :) Sometimes change can be good...right!? I'm trying to convince myself of this. I hate change. We have some major changes coming up in our lives and I am nowhere near ready to embrace it. But it's going to happen anyway. So...as I get a hold of my emotions and remember to have an attitude of gratitude I will journal about our new journey. Here.

I love the invites, so cute!!

I need a job like yours! It stinks to work full time as a Mom, but it's so great you get to successfully do both. I'm so happy for you!

oh and I' excited to hear about your new home adventures! I too do not like change. Something that helps me is just knowing that having the ones I love most close to me is all that matters. I could be happy in a cardboard box as long as I had my boys :)
