Scrumptious as a Cherry Peach Parfait

Happy Birthday Trulie Scrumptious!!!

Trulie turned 7 years old on July 8th. She partied with a few of her cousins.

 She LOVED this book Elly made for her. Trulie always has her nose in a book for hours and hours every day. She has always loved to read! I always sing her the Belle song...

"With a dreamy, far-off look
And her nose stuck in a book..."

She is always telling me parts of her book when she thinks something funny or cool happens...Just like Belle...

"Oh, isn't this amazing?
It's my favorite part because --- you'll see!
Here's where she meets Prince Charming
But she won't discover that it's him 'til chapter three!"

 Emma and Elly gave her twins babies too :) I told them I was going to name my twins Ella & Emmy :) Trulie loves taking care of babies too. If we can't find the baby in a group we know we will find it with Trulie. She loves playing with her cousins Reed and Eliza. She's always reading books to them or helping them with whatever they need.  

 And you can tell by her expression that she was super excited to get a book light! She's so silly and reading is seriously her favorite thing ever!

For her birthday she begged and begged for a haircut. Both my girls needed one but I love it long so I can pull it up in cute ponytails like this.

I hardly ever leave it sraight down. But I decided it was definitely time and they both love their new hair! And it looks so much healthier now.  

 Trulie you are such an amazing daughter. I have a hard time putting "you" into words...you are the happiest sparkliest sweetest smiliest girly girl I have ever met. You bring so much joy and laughter to our family. You have such an innocence about you that I hope you can hold onto forever. You have always had a strong spirit and love going to primary and can always tell me something you learned. Of course you love to read the scriptures and cry if we have a late night out and you don't get a chance to read. I love your sweet prayers and how much you love your Savior Jesus. I remember the day you were born and just starring into your eyes. The beauty and peace that I could feel wrapped up into your tiny body was amazing. You were such a happy easy baby. You are so carefree and always in your little dream world. 

 You have grown into the most beautiful girl. I can always count on you to give me the biggest hugs and kisses. You are so full of love for others around you. I can't wait to see the amazing women you are sure to become. I am so blessed to have you as my daughter. Your example of pure love and enduring with a smile is so contagious.  In the words of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang,
